Performance and Features of the Dragging Pumping Unit with Outer-Rotor Motor 
1、结构简单、重量轻、占地面积小
1. Compact structure, less weight, and taking smaller space
此抽油机的主要部件是外转子电机和变频控制装置，与常规游梁式抽油机相比，省去了减速、换向等复杂的机械系统，因此，结构简单，重量轻，占地面积小。
The main components of the pumping unit are outer-rotor motor and converter device, comparing with the traditional floating beam pumping unit, it omits the complicated mechanic system of gear box for speed reduction and commutator, and therefore it features as compact structure, less weight and taking smaller space.
2、节电效果显着  
2.Obvious Electricity-saving feature
由于采用了国际先进水平的外转子稀土永磁同步电机和先进的变频控制技术；采用直接平衡方式；在曳引系统中，采用动滑轮，使电机的负荷减小，因此，节电效果显着。
As the up-to-date magnate synchronous motor with outer-rotor and advanced converter control technologies are adopted, and by means of direct balance, in the dragging system, pulley is adopted to reduce the load of motor; therefore, the electricity-saving feature is obvious.
3、实现冲程和冲次无级可调，具有多种保护功能 
3. Infinite regulation of stroke and stroke frequency with multiple protection functions 
采用变频技术，实现冲程和冲次无级可调，并具有缺相保护功能、**载保护功能、失载保护功能和电机过热保护、短路自动停电保护功能。
With the technology of converter control, it can realize infinite regulation over stroke and stroke frequency, and is enabled with phase-missing protection function, over-load protection function, lose load protection function and motor over-heat protection function, automatic turn-off protection function in case of short-circuit. 
    4、使用简单，调参容易 
4. Easy operation, and easily adjusting specifications 
通过调节变频控制柜面板的旋钮来调节抽油机的冲次，配合改变上止点传感器和下止点传感器的位置来改变冲程，通过改变配重平衡块的重量来调节抽油机的平衡，因此，使用简单，容易调参。
The stroke frequency is controlled via adjusting the rotary buttons on the panel of the converter, while the stroke is adjusted via changing the positions of the upper sensor and lower sensor; the balance of the pumping unit is adjusted via changing the weight of the balance block. All of these realized the features of easy operation and easy adjustment of specification. 
    5、可实现长冲程、低冲次，适用于稠油井、大泵强采井和深井的原油开采5. With the features of long distance stroke, low stroke frequency, it is suitable for crude oil drilling of thick oil well, forced drilling well with big pump, and deep oil well. 
本抽油机的外转子电机具有大扭矩、低转速的优点，可以实现长冲程、低冲次。当额定悬点载荷为160、较大冲程为7m时，较大冲次可达到3min-1，因此适用于稠油井、大泵强采井和深井原油开采。
The outer-rotor of the pumping unit has the features of high torque, low speed, to realize long distance stroke with low stroke frequency. In case of rated suspending point load of 160, and max stroke of 7m, the max stroke frequency can reach to 3 min-1, therefore it is suitable for crude oil drilling of thick oil well, forced drilling well with big pump, and deep oil well.
